What items will you not ship?

We do not ship body parts(bumpers, fenders, hoods, hatches, core supports, quarter panels, ie.), ANY glass or fluids.  The catalog allows you to add to cart.  We cancel when we receive the order.  The reason for this is the astronomical charges for large parts and the high frequency of damage to said parts upon delivery.  We apologize for the inconvenience.


What are your Store Hours?

We're available 7am-5pm (MST) Monday thru Friday.

 

What is a "VIN" and where do I find it?

VIN is short for "Vehicle Identification Number". It is generally 17 digits long and can be found on a metal plate on the top of the dash pad on the driver’s side of the vehicle, it is visible from the outside of the vehicle through the windshield. It is also found on your Vehicle Title, Registration and Insurance Documentation.

 

Why do you need my VIN?

The VIN is necessary in identifying the correct parts for a particular vehicle. With the VIN, we can identify each and every Production Option for most vehicles. *** We cannot guarantee the accuracy of any part sold without a VIN ***

 

Do you sell genuine OEM parts?

All parts are guaranteed to be new and factory original. These are the same parts you would purchase from the dealer.

 

What is the warranty on the parts?

All genuine OEM Toyota parts have a 12-month unlimited mileage warranty.

 

Do you have my part in stock?

In addition to our on-hand inventory, we work with a network of hundreds of parts warehouses across the country enabling us to fill and ship orders within 24-48 hours. In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to find one for you as quickly as possible.

 

Can I add to my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can add to an order up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.

 

Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can cancel any order or part of any order up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.

 

How long before my order ships?

In stock orders ship within 24-48 hours. If any parts on your order have to be special ordered it will take more time. Please call us if you have a question on availability.

 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as well as PayPal.

 

What method of shipping do you use?

Our preferred method of shipping is FED EX Ground and Fed Ex Freight for oversized items. Both give excellent service, are extremely reliable and very reasonably priced.

 

What if I need my part faster?

Virtually any method of shipment is available upon request. Just tell us your needs and we will try to accommodate them. We can ship parts via Next Day Air up until 2PM PST. Additional shipping charges may apply.

 

What is your return policy?

We understand that sometimes, for whatever reason, the part you needed yesterday is no longer needed today. So for that reason, we do accept returns (some restrictions apply). We just ask for a couple of courtesies. We cannot take back used, installed or tried parts. Parts must be re-saleable and in their original packaging. You will need a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, so that we can expect the part and credit the correct account in a timely manner when it gets here. Call us at 877-840-8881 to arrange for any returns and obtain an RGA number. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return. We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts that we find to have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above return criteria. There is a 20% re-stocking fee charged against all returned parts.
